MatchUp Tennis is a statistical analysis platform for professional tennis (ATP) offering:
The service is available in a free tier (limited to 2 analyzed matches per day — 1 ATP and 1 WTA) and a Premium tier (unlimited access).
By creating an account and/or subscribing to a Premium plan, the user accepts these terms of service in full and without reservation.
Access to the service requires creating an account with a valid email address. The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential.

MatchUp Tennis endeavors to keep the service available 24/7. However, the service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates or in the event of force majeure. No compensation may be claimed for temporary unavailability.
The MatchUp Tennis Premium subscription is offered in two plans, at the user's choice:

LANCEMENT at checkout. The discount applied for as long as the subscription remained active.This launch offer ended on May 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM (Paris time) and is no longer available. It was never offered on matchup-tennis.io.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Payment is taken on the anniversary date of the subscription (each month for the monthly plan, each year for the annual plan). The user may cancel at any time from their "My account" area. Cancelling online takes effect immediately and requires no contact with support.
Payment is made by card through the secure Stripe platform. MatchUp Tennis stores no card data. Transactions are encrypted and PCI DSS compliant. As turnover is below the French VAT exemption threshold, prices are shown excluding VAT ("VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code").
The user may cancel their subscription at any time, free of charge and with no commitment, from their "My account" area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Premium access remains active until that date. No further payment is taken after cancellation.
Prices may change in the future. Any change is notified to existing subscribers by email at least 30 days in advance. The user may cancel free of charge before the new price takes effect.
Digital content supplied immediately with the user's consent is generally exempt from statutory withdrawal rights. Where the law of the user's country of residence grants a mandatory withdrawal or cooling-off right, that right applies and prevails over this section.

All content on the MatchUp Tennis site (code, design, text, statistical models, database, playing styles, performance indices) is protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, distribution, resale or commercial exploitation of MatchUp Tennis data or content, in whole or in part, without prior written permission, is strictly prohibited.
MatchUp Tennis reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Users will be informed by email of any substantial change at least 15 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by French law, MatchUp Tennis being operated from France. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution; failing that, the courts of the publisher's registered office shall have jurisdiction. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country where the law so provides.
