Active streaks
Active streaks for the players on today’s schedule: wins strung together
against a given style, on a surface, or repeating match patterns.
How to read these streaks. A streak counts as “active” when the most recent matches
all share the same result, with no interruption. The number in parentheses is the total
of matches available in that category: a streak of 5 out of 8 matches does not carry the
weight of a streak of 5 out of 200. The date shows the last match of the streak — beyond
a few months a streak is no longer really “active”, and those are filtered out.
A retirement does not break a streak, it is ignored.
A streak describes what has happened, not what will happen. It’s on you to judge whether it holds.
